Hm. This is very similar to the idea of one-time-requesting the items to fill your inventory for blueprints.
But it is in my eyes useless. Many reasosn:
- Cause the sense of Factrio is not need to craft yourself .
- Cause when you want to craft, crafting starts immediately.

I think this is overpowered and would make the game too easy.
Why too easy ? It's the same that permanent requests : we can access ressources from anywhere, logistic robots are designed for that. I didn't talk about teleportation, just logistic. My idea is to use one time logistic requests when ...
