I just updated to 0.11.10 and it gave me a message about insert vectors being to close to the tile edge, and I figured out that you just need to change the 'insert_position' value of all the close inserters from 0.7 to 0.8 unless it's also long-handed then it needs to be 1.8, and all other inserter...
