Bob's mods adds higher tier pumpjacks that pump faster, effectively raising the depleted oil flow. a mk5 pumpjack produces 0.5 oil / sec from a depleted oil well

I'm using the 0.12.X download pack, and I'm noticing something weird with my oil production.
