Same here, 3 desyncs in a row while moving, I was alone on the server.
Dedicated server running Debian 9, no problems were encountered with 0.16.16 and lower.
Uppon reconnection desync occur after 1 minute.
Misc : I was in a area with pipes, after getting away no desync yet.

I found a guy playing in public mode with just a few hours of play on a new map, I join, understand the current factory, help improve production and play night long.
