Light turns off when i walk away

One of the lights in my factory turns off when i walk a certain distance from it, and comes back on when i walk closer again - I can tell because of the circle of light around it, since some of it is still on the screen when it turns off I don't have circuits yet - the lights just come on naturally ...

Tickable setting suggestion: It would be nice, when I have something bound to a place in my toolbar but I've run out, if activating it would pocketcraft it :)

The other thread is also talking about steam locomotives, since a lot of people seem interested in having that as the beginner locomotive then later in game moving to diesel and electric options. I saved the game a couple of hours ago (was working fine), now when I try to load it back up this happens:

A useful thing that I don't see in the poll would be a sunlight detector which would output the percentage of sunlight into the circuit.

Mods for version that hasn't come out yet...?

So I got a bunch of mods yesterday (from mods.factorio.com) and they're all for version 0.13, yet the latest version of the game is 0.12.35, so a bunch of them won't work simply because of the version - what am I missing? :?
