I'm not able to enter some characters when using Czech keyboard layout on Windows.

For example when trying to set the "Options->Other->Factorio username", and entering "AltGr+V" aka "Ctrl+Alt+V", I expect the @ character, however current clipboard contents are pasted there so it effectively behaves ...

After creating a new Factorio account through "Play->Multiplayer->Browse Public Games->Create account" the game UI froze. It might be also related to first unsuccessful registration as the name I wanted was already taken so I had to register a different name.
