I've modified the config of Bob's mods so that the old recipes for water works through bob's pumps. I've also turned on God modules.

I just did a clean install of all factorio mods last week, and downloaded all bob's mods through this forum.

Ive played for 12 hours into my campaign now, and finally I had to go find som new oil patches.

My problem is, there is no oil patches to be found, zero, zip, no oil fields whatsoever ...

I dug it out of an older post
the ground water recipes are unlocked by the water pumps research.

As a result, you need to research water pumps AFTER you enable ground water.

If you have researched it first, you'll need to enable them with scripting.

to do that, open the console, and enter this ...

Install the config mod
open config.lua in your favorite text editor (Must be a raw text editor like notepad on windows, if you use a word processor, it'll effectively save garbage the game doesn't understand)
I don't have the mod here to tell you the line in the file, but, turn off ground water ...
