Plays.tv application cause huge lags and closing a game if OpenGL used.

Also fps drops to 30-40 if camera zoom out (with OpenGL)

Force OpenGL should be false by default if it possible.

Anyway its releated more to radeon drivers, they have huge issues with 300 and partially 200 series drivers ...
