Is there a way to convert how much power that a certain thing is producing or how much satisfaction/consumption into signals so like whenever a solarpanel is producing 0 kW then it would output a signal?

For some reason i cant spawn in using /c thing some modded items (from mods) like from mmod the power box i try to spawn in power-box and it says its not a item so what do i do?
