@davidsauvenier if you have the steam version you go in your library, right click on it select properties. A window will open up then click on betas which is the last section then you'll see a bar (the first one on the page) click the bar,an option in that bar is "experimental-The latest ...

help I am still playing factorio on version 0.11.16 and it sais there are no updates available.
how do I update the game then?
