0.13.15 In Transport Belt Madness level 4, if you Right-Click the Fast Transport Belt, you build 5 of them, all the other items give 10 items per Right-Click. It is neater to make this all the same.

Just installed 0.13.15 (build 23843 win64, alpha), same problem.
Weird thing is that it used to work, so might be some driver update of any kind. My video card is a AMD Radeon HD 7900 Series 3Gb.
And 2 days ago there was a win10 update.
