I didn't report him/her, because I don't think he/she's violating the Steam Terms of Service or Online Conduct Rules.
I did mark his/her review as unhelpful however, and replied as well.
I got kinda angry when I read it, hahaha! I just love Factorio and the way the developers handle everything ...

Transport Fever.
I hope it won't disappoint like Train Fever did.
Probably need a new system to be able to run it though.

Updated information:

By the way, screenshots made with the in-game command somehow do not capture the cloud shadow layer. Maybe this is a minor bug?

Re: Steam-only questions
What version number is Steam showing for Factorio in your game lists?
Mine over here has no version number, it just says 'Factorio' in my game list. It used to mention whatever version I was on during beta, but not anymore now that it is stable. When I save, it says 13.20 in the save file.

Re: Accumulator animation
Thanks for your reply and idea.
They're charging/discharging smoothly all the way from empty to full and the other way around, it's just the animation that looks like 10 fps.

Re: Compact base in 3x4 chunks - three belt system
I played your save game, it's awesome! I really like the mixed belt, organized chaos.
It all works really well, a smart way of limiting production and very environmentally friendly. Love the small footprint too. I learned a lot by carefully checking it all out.

Accumulator animation
Hey there!
I downloaded several save games from different players to inspire myself, and noticed something odd.
In all my save games, the accumulator charge and discharge animation looks quite choppy (game runs at 60fps). I thought it was supposed to look that way.

That worked great!
I didn't even realize the graphics were so easily moddable, very handy.

Re: Icons with white backgrounds
No. It used to be an option in 0.12 and earlier, but was patched out in 0.13.
Changes
Removed light entity info background option.
Thanks for the clarification.
You can just replace data/core/graphics/entity-info-dark-background-filtered.png with a white square. Don't forget to put the ...

Icons with white backgrounds
Hey there!
A while ago, before version .13.xx, all the icons that become visible after pressing alt used to have white squares for a background on my system (AMD Radeon), as can be seen on the example screenshots below (not mine):

Re: Save games for download?
Okey then!
I regularly stalk the 'show your creations' topics, but unfortunately people don't often upload save games (I wouldn't know how to). Sometimes I'd like to see more than is visible on the screenshots, or see stuff in real time motion (interpreting screenshots without motion isn't always ...

Save games for download?
Hey there fellow factorians!
I was wondering, is there a place on these forums somewhere, or on a website somewhere, that hosts save games uploaded by various players?

Discrepancy auto-fueling vehicles
Hey there fellow factorians!
I just built myself a drive through 'pit stop' for my tank, filling it up with shells and solid fuel.
Since I don't want my tank to get its entire inventory (trunk) filled automatically, I needed to limit the inventory part to be managed by machines (red cross), but for ...

Re: [0.13.6] Trains Crash into Gates
Ah funny!
It's not a new glitch at least, because it has been happening to me ever since I got the game two months ago.
It's actually the other way around for me! In my current game, the problem of trains bumping the gates corrected itself after updating to 0.13 (thanks to the new train size ...

Hey again! Sure thing.
I spent the larger part of today taking care of the more serious obstructions and finding workarounds, so most of them are pretty much cleaned up now. Still, the screenshots below should demonstrate what I mean.
