I have localized this error to when i load TheFatController. Game Crashes with this error. strange cause that file is in that location. But its is a .wav not .ogg. wired
Edit: New version with 0.9.8 support (hopefully, not tested because I don't have a 0.9.8 install) and a bug fixed

Well I don't advise this for all your bulk materials like iron and copper but storage chests and logistics robots can group all of your scattered stuff simply by placing them in am active providers chest with logistical coverage to storages chests. Two mods to look into reinforced car mod an dnytech mod. U can ride around in your battle wagon shooting up bitters.
