xnmo ... make some top end gun turrents and watch them utterly destroy the large bitters. It chews through them so fast.

I did 1 / 2 thing in every combination possible. Even switched the inputs on the dang video care. Always went on the left monitor no matter what I did.

Thanks that did it.
Though the "fix" is incorrect in one respect. It ALWAYS started on the left screen, whether it was primary or not. The left screen must always be index 0 is my guess.

how many people have tried using the Gun Turrets late game? At max research Gun turrets eat through the biters. The only reason to use lasers over them is the upkeep cost. I can defend areas easily with only gun turrets and no lasers. The issue becomes the amount of copper / iron I need for the ammo...

I like this idea. ATM I carry an active provider chest. Plop it down and dump everything I don't want into it. Then pick it back up when it's empty.

I have a 32 bit CPU and 32 bit operating system that I purchased last year. It's a tablet that runs windows 8.1 but I could probably play factorio on it. It's not a tablet friendly game and I'm not asking it to be one

I think the problem is with the inadequacy of regular turrets, which require routine resupply and are only effective against small biters, better than nothing for mediums, and completely inneffectual against large biters.
