I had similar issue on a x64 linux. Everything was sooooooo slooooooooow. It was an openGL issue. Had to install propriet. drivers. Also geforce. Worms tend to only spawn in small hives. I think this is the reason. I'v never seen a large hive having worms. And when you pick "amount: very height" this means how many spawners per base are generated. If you always have many, then worms can never spawn. Just an assumption.

I have same issue. Replay d-sync on tick 80.579. It is always different. One time it was 80.498 on the same replay.
