Same problem here on a map created with version 0.13.1 and played with 0.13.1-0.13.3. The pollution shown on the map is in my case clearly inaccurate and periodically (~0.5s) flickering on the outskirts but not like it normally (reffering to 0.12.x) did. The "bugged" pollution also trigger...
