I noticed that fog on vulcanus starts to render at a lower FPS while the game still runs at perfect 60, i loaded a save where my factory was significantly smaller and there fog movement was smooth, so i think that game starts to cut of expences. Since there is no constant consumption of materials it will stop if there is no place to store unloading ore, and prevent other resources to come in (if u have only 1 unloading line).
