I got the exact same issue (same traceback mentioning the Train class destructor), here is the factorio-current.log:

I ran into the very same issue with 0.13.0. I upgraded to 0.13.2 and tried to load my 0.13.0 game, but it still crashes when going to level 16.

Should I just discard this saved game and start over with 0.13.2?
