Or perhaps transsform alien artefact to oil

I have 3 computers which are on the same router. I set up a game with a friend over a public server with password from a different town.
A friend joins with one of the others computers. She cant connect to my game.

Later on i let her set up a game, my i cant connect to her game, but a minute later ...

Bug is Depending on the research.
