The problem returned again. Although the problem only occurs if I play Factorio, close it and put my laptop to sleep. If I wake the laptop up from sleep and try to switch on Factorio, it throws the same error. Restarting fixes the problem. Other programs seem to run fine even after waking the laptop ...

Today when I switched on my comp and tried factorio it worked! I don't know how but the problem fixed itself
