SOLVED - for some reason Steam was classifying version 0.13 as a BETA and therefore wasn't auto updating to that version

Cool - not sure which it was. As there's been another small patch since I'll try to force an update again and see if that solves it - oh the joys of modding steam games :/

Having just updated my Factorio and my mods I logged into my game only to discover that the base mod of the game is not updated and therefore none of my other mods are working.
