I also had this issue, and all the broken rail pieces I knew about were fixed with 13.2 like you said. But now I found a new broken piece while running 15.12 and it's blocking trains the console command does nothing to remove it

Turrets on map view are colored similarly to the aliens bases makes them hard to differentiate. It used to be purple or blue or some such for the turrets I think?
Please make the turrets and alien bases some color pair that is easy to distinguish so that it isn't easy to confuse the two. thanks ...

is there a console command we can use in the meantime to manually remove a single piece of rail? like a command to remove what is under the cursor position or something?
