I removed all mods from the mods folder and after that didn't fix it, I did "Delete local content" via Steam and re-installed, to no avail.

My first guess is that this might have to do with my multi-monitor setup with two screens pivoted?

Edit: Okay, maybe it's not that they're pivoted, but I have ...
