Thanks for the reply Optera LTN reads cargo size for every wagon every time a game is loaded. The only way it would get incorrect size is if entity prototype would show incorrect values. I am having this issue but I am not using Bob's I am using https://mods.factorio.com/mod/ConfigTrainSpecifications .
