This is a pretty big 1k SPM save file, I've been playing with for 150h.

Hi, I have the same problem and I just noticed, that I as well have 2 monitors, one of which is plugged into the integrated graphics card. Unplugging that monitor while starting the game seems to fix it, but you have to do it everytime you start the game.
