I don't have any saves from before this happening, unfortunately.
The game was originally started in 0.13.0. I've completed my playthrough on this map in 0.13.1 and have not re-encountered this error, even after placing many more turrets behind new walls.
1/0 magic, I guess.

I saved the game right after I started and before the error (generated a good map
