Edit: Turning off cloud saving fixes it without having to edit config.ini.

I uncommented(removed the ; beginning the lines) everything but verbose logging under [other] in config.ini and now the game starts. But, it doesn't seem to be saving changes made in-game.

Noticed this as well, except with piercing round magazines, first thought the inserter was somehow multiplying them but noticed they got delayed in the underground belt.

I had/have this problem as well, except type 0, but the workaround worked, thanks.
It worked when I closed the resource monitor ui and resaved, didn't have to disable the mod.
