No sry its not only multiplayer but Multiplayer is it stronger. In Multiplayer have all player from my client a slowmode and lag.s and the server orwner say i have a packet loss. but i dont now why only in steam client.

I have the Problem that my Steam Client on multiplayer Server Become a slowmode. But the homepage version 0.12.35 work normal. Only Steam Client have the problems with ca 20/30/40 fps/ups Drops and play speed go down to ca 50% Speed.
