Re: Water uses, abuses, and removal.
I will admit it looks wide ranging, but I did keep it all on the topic of water. Most of my post is focused on water removal and depletion and different methods this can be achieved (3 being my favorite) and I freely admit it is a well covered topic (96 pages worth of hits for water alone). I felt ...

I don't know, the car is a little wonky, imagine trying to drive it down a river.robhol wrote: I'd like some kind of water transport. It's not like we could end up with a worse boat than the Minecraft one.

Water uses, abuses, and removal.
I know this topic has been covered a few times, but I think a have a unique idea for water. As a player of Minecraft :geek: :ugeek: :geek: I am no stranger to infinite water, however at least I can remove small pools of water or build over it in that game, here water is infinite and immovable. We ...

Re: Biters ARE Worms
The other (slight) issue I have is that I'd prefer if there was a 'queen' biter that actually turned into the spawner...but that's personal preference more than anything else
That sounds really cool, plus it is a bit more realistic as they do seem to mimic insects. Plus that would make it easy to ...

Re: Biters ARE Worms
That seems to fit with what I saw, what surprised me was the Biters changing into Worms, and the idea that they can recreate spawners.muzzy wrote:Well, biters do repopulate areas and create new nests. Biters ARE Worms
So I was clearing out some Biter nests around my factory, (well being chased by a horde of Biters after killing the last spawner) and as I was leading them back to an area filled with turrets I see another large-ish group(about 20 it total, all sizes) running across my path ahead of me. Now being ...

Re: Kill the biters
I find the best way to kill Biters spawners is by using a car. You take a fully fixed car and find a nest without worms (it is possible), Then you ram the thing with the car, the car lives with low health and the spawner dies, then all that is left is to run away to your fortified bunker until the ...
