I like the idea of pushing reactor's too hard backfiring with an explosion, we don't have that elsewhere in the game and it would require a different solution than just 'make biters stronger' or 'produce a ton of pollution'. The only difference here is that the punishment of damage is more instantan...

Can confirm this in 14.9.The train waiting at the signal is slowly moving forward until it has skipped the signal and crashed in the train ahead. [0.13.9] Landfill can no longer be ghost placed

0.13.8 had the ability to ghost place landfill for construction with shift+left click.
0.13.9 appears to have lost that feature.

Couldn't find this bug already reported, but my apologies if it was.
