I don't understand. How do you host a game? As in, how do you set up the server for people to join

My steam account is cake_zero, timezone is +8:00. I have a good grasp on how to automate item production, but haven't even touched trains, robots, or anything above blue potions yet (my steam account says ~50 hours but that was my sister playing, I have no idea what I'm doing really.)
