Re: Gleba has killed the game for me.

Oh yeah, the atomic bomb is very powerful... but also very expensive : in all 3 of research costs, needed U-235, and weight. Yeah, you cannot transport atomic bombs directly, but you can transport uranium 235 and craft them where needed. 1 bomb costs 100 U-235 which is 1 stack. And because it is so...

Re: Gleba has killed the game for me.

I finally arrived to Gleba as well and I have to say I love it! For me Fulgora was fine - new game mechanic with the recycling and lack of space were interesting challenge. Vulcanus was easier Nauvis. I expected demolisher to be a big boss, but I just one shot him with a nuke and uncovered 5M tungst...

Re: Active provider (purple) chests redundant in 2.0?

I use them on Fulgora. It takes steel, light space material and other important stuff from the belts and pushes them to the yellow storage chests. I have multiple yellow chests set on different filters so that I can stockpile for example steel. I wasn't saying the function was redundant, just that ...

Re: Well, Fulgora sucks [Spoiler] or lack thereof

Ok, I didn't try to survive on ice from scrap, but I have a shortage even when making just holmium, light fuel and sulfuric acid. Interesting, right now I don't even know what to do with all the ice, can't even upgrade it's quality, and it would be pointless anyway... (but so would using its water ...

Re: Well, Fulgora sucks [Spoiler] or lack thereof

Sorry I was a little hasty and triggered by the self-confidence of the post. The player would be able to walk on the oil "oceans", but automated transport would be barred from crossing these oceans by a technology unlocked on fulgora - the new elevated rails research. It would be a trigger...

Re: Right now, Fulgora sucks. Here are solutions to fix it.

1. Lack of enemies. I propose that a mechanical scrap "creature" is added. They would use scrap from the ground to build up "defensive" structures, they'd throw scrap at you as a more offensive ability and they'd be able to "automate" stuff. Using crude structures, the ...

I also couldn't find it for some time. It is hidden in the Space platform hub GUI

I agree the drag in space is really weird.

I have to justify it to myself by thinking about the constant turret shooting in the opposite direction.

I have to agree that lightning is not a problem is you have 2 MK2 energy shields or after you build first furnace to smelt stone for lightning rods. It's actually the time without lightning that felt lake a nuance before having enough accumulators. I think an enemy hidden in vaults or some territory...

Re: Understanding Quality Logistics Limitation

You can order "any" quality or "quality above". Could you please elaborate a bit? How can I request 200 science packs of any quality? Only way I found is this, but that will get you 600 packs if they are available. obrazek.png If you try to use >= condition it only allows to use...

Hello,

I noticed the same thing when copying some blueprints from 1.1 save.
It uses some mods, but nothing overhauling.

So regarding the twitching/jerking: that's my bad. The video I uploaded to FFF actually contained a bug that was later fixed, but I had forgotten this fact at time of writing. If you're curious what the Spidertron movement looks like now, I uploaded it here: https://cdn.factorio.com/assets/img/blog...

This meant that they'd fill up in a chain or tree pattern and the % of glowing generators would be the % capacity you are using. That feature was lost with the fluid system rework because now they all draw evenly from the same collective 'pool' of plasma. Sounds like you're trying to upset us over ...

... Your post is really hard to read. If you are not a native english speaker I would recomend deepl.com as it tries to translate meaning of a sentence instead of just words. I understood you are not so happy about the added machines except Tree crane, because it feels too similar to vanilla game? ...
