Which version of FActorio are you using and which version of the mod are you using? The mod if for Factorio 0.13.x, so if you have the Steam version you'll need to sign up for the Beta version's of Factorio as they are still classed as experimental.

I have seen the mod but no I haven't tried it nor spoken to him. I might drop him a message about the possibly using some of the sprite, but with signicant change. Either that or I could actually buck up my game and create the sprite myself and finally get round to adding in the turbine and writing ...

I would assume that it is something to do with Squeak Through, you'll have to ask the author of that mod and if there is anything I can do on my end tell them to let me know.

If you are loading from a save which is 0.12, you should be using the 0.12 version of the mod no?

Mod Portal - can't upload file

As the title says, I can't seem to upload an 18mb .rar file to the portal, I've left it for over an hour now, any ideas? Or is it because it's a .rar file?

I you know how to create items, set recipes and load them into the game, you could start working on those. I'd assume you have some experience with Bob mod, at current I have none, so deciding on recipes, new items etc would be a good start. If you don't know how to do these I'd recommend you being ...

Thanks for the translations and yes, you are right, the reactor should really produce heat, boil water, steam, turbines etc. For the sake of getting ride of my kilometers of solar panels and grey zone of boilers and steam engines, I just wanted to get it into the game :P. Aye yeah that's a possible look, add in some shadows and make it a bit more Factorio and we might have a winner :P. And perhaps adding the water requirement for cooling, but then again I'm not sure how possible that is in terms of actually coding it.

True, but for now I'm going to base the mod off the predictions/sci-fi(?). If Factorio is still a thing once there is a functional fusion reactor in the world, I'll be sure to update the mod accordingly :P
