Combinator output "Count of: [Signal]"

Proposing decider combinators outputting one signal in the input count of another. It always confused/frustrated me I couldn't do this before.
An example of the functionality proposed, where a combinator could output stone in the quantity of the virtual signal input. Currently the only way to transfer one signal to another is to take, in this case, stone, output quantity one, and multiply the single stone signal by the target signal, in this case virtual signal input.
