Man... I thought I was cool because I thought I'd found a bug to squash and make the game better. Turns out I was just ignorant instead. Now I've learned and can be better for it.

Pretty self-explanatory. While playing 2.1.16, I've noticed that any science pack that is NOT common quality cannot be picked up with a deconstructor set to Item on Ground. I've tested all but Promethium Science packs. Common science gets marked and picked up just fine. All others are ignored. This ...
