[2.1.11] Setting request from in a constant combinator doesnt translate across circuit network.

When setting requests in a space platform using the circuit network through a radar on the space platform, the data about what planet to request it from doesn't carry over along the circuit network.

I've learned after writing this, my entire circuit problem is solved by ignoring what I was doing, and using the built in "import from Planet" feature. but I for some reason forgot that existed all day. However, that said, I still think a planet wildcard would be usefull in super niche circuit ...

Add wildcard for planets

TL;DR
Add a wildcard to better help determine what planet your ship is currently travelling too to filter circuit networks based on what planet.

I've noticed hard to see background asteroids float behind the new planets. this should likely be floating in front of planets, considering based on the parallax it implies this asteroid is bigger than Nauvis.
