Landfill and foundation should require super force build. Space platform foundation should still be placeable with normal force build because there are no trees or rocks in that environment that you need to force build through.

Blueprints could be made so that they do not have to snap strictly to a 'grid', allowing easier placement of blueprints that do not tessellate to a square grid.
