I have a space science ship that harvests calcite from space and does a roundtrip from Navius to Vulcanus (where it has a request for 3000 calcite)

The ship sometimes gets stuck waiting for requests at Vulcanus

It appears a rocket is getting lost? The ship says "waiting on rocket" and says 500 ...
