Solved. Don't know why, but I needed to reinstall my GPU and chipset drivers.

[2.0.77] Downgrade to 2.0.77 from 2.1
Hi!
Today I updted the game via Steam automatically to 2.1.7, I tried the game for a few minutes and then decided to go back to 2.0.77. And I cannot run the game :(
I got a log:
0.002 2026-06-23 21:17:05; Factorio 2.0.77 (build 84539, win64, steam, space-age)
0.002 Operating system: Windows 10 ...
