I think I have a bug with quality:

I have a machine with 49.6% Quality. I would expect a production distribution of roughly:
500 tier 1
250 tier 2
125 tier 3
63 tier 4
63 tier 5

This is what the machine produced:

Only Space Age, no additional Mods ...
