When trying to start Factorio I get an error, to start it i need to logoff my sesion and re-log

Running factorio headless 0.16.19 on Ubuntu

New map 4 players, early stage of game, was hand crafting inserters

This happened twice in a row.

Rebooted server after each desync

we have been playing a map multi-player and we have received desync 4 time in the last hour.

Setup is as follow.

Personal Dedicated Linux server.
Headless Factorio V .16.18

Factorio running Vanilla no mod.
Number of player at time of desync 4
Rebooted server at every desync

It seen to happen ...
