I also encountered this bug in 2.0.69 and thought I had found a work-around, but this only works for a single item parameter:

open the relevant blueprint
click "Parameterise"
check the "Parameter" box next to the item input
hit the "Confirm" button to close the dialog
click "Parameterise ...
