Still not possible to update the game (GOG version) in version 2.0.69.

It is not possible to update the game (GOG version) since 2.0.55, see https://forums.factorio.com/viewtopic.php?t=130800 .

Since 2.0.55 I cannot update the game - it says there are no new updates available:

The game won't update on both Linux and Windows. Playing since 1.x and there were never any problems with updating so I am somewhat confused.

What should I do to ...
