Steps to reproduce:
Step 1: Load/Start any world
Step 2: Alt+Tab into MSI Afterburner
Step 3: Change the GPU clock speed, and apply it
Step 4: Alt+Tab back into the game, and it crashes

I cannot change the config, because every time factorio starts, it overwrites it.
