Yes, I am in fact not reading a requester chest. I am reading the roboport, and have the option on the right set to "read logistic network requests". however this assumes that the requester chest can receive from buffer chests, which it cannot. That is the bug, sorry if my wording was a bit confusing

When reading the the logistic network requests in the circuit network, items in buffer chests are included even if the requester chest does not accept from them.
