It seems the issue with taking equipment out of the train grid is still present

Currently, most fields still do not have any descriptions given.
Those fields (except type and the ones inherited from EnergySource) are shared between HeatBuffer and HeatEnergySource (maybe HeatEnergySource could just contain a HeatBuffer ...
