It seems that Train Stops with Cargo Wagons appear blue when occupied, however the same doesn't apply to Fluid Wagons. See attached picture for visual example. Apologies in advance if this isn't a bug.

Typos are in the Achievements "Going to shattered planet' 1, 2 & 3. Description says km while progress is measured in Mm.
