[2.0.43] Electromagnetic plant does not produce higher quality items
I have an electromagnetic plant on Vulcanus, which produces speed module 3s. The electromagnetic plant has 5 epic quality modules installed. The epic quality modules produce 19.5% quality chance, yet the thing is not giving me a single quality item. Bug or just extremely unlucky?
