Re: Allowing reading machine input, output, & trash slots separately, or read fuel without rest of contents
I think a worse case scenario is the fish breeding receipe because instead of 30 nutrient it requires 100, which makes the stack size of 5 insufficent to maintain the biochamber fully running. Nutrient economy on Nauvis is very different from nutrient economy on Gleba. On Gleba your best nutrient ...

Re: Allowing reading machine input, output, & trash slots separately, or read fuel without rest of contents
While pollution spread does consume UPS, I haven't heard anything about pollution generation itself being a UPS issue. Do you have any sources for this?

Look up for videos with "pollution" word in the name.
Just the size of pollution cloud is already enough to ...

Re: Allowing reading machine input, output, & trash slots separately, or read fuel without rest of contents
Previously this would have been useful for quality egg making, so that quality nutrients wouldn't be used for fuel. But with fuel filtering, that's no longer necessary.

Re: Allowing reading machine input, output, & trash slots separately, or read fuel without rest of contents
You can't read the fuel without reading the inputs and outputs too. If an ingredient and fuel are the same item, you can't tell them apart.
You can already read fuel separately in 2.1.

Did you check what's going on in Factorio-related settings in GPU driver app? All sorts of FPS-tune, -lock, -sync especially.

Is there any more information I can provide that would be helpful?
You can capture dump of crashed Factorio and something like inxi report and send both over to Factorio developers AND Intel tech support. To Factorio developers because their app is crashed and whatever the cause it's a good move ...

Re: Can't search while logged out
From what I can tell, it's not really AI scrapers (this time) but a targeted attack on phpBB since they specifically request expensive endpoints and abuse phpBB's flawed handling of anonymous sessions. And if you've never seen a DDOS before, I can share with you how it looks on the graphs.
Let ...

Nah I doubt it, at least not me. I operate on F free so I only use the free ones so I dont get to use it much often plus I don't have regular internet either. African deep in the African bush. So damn I hope I didn't cause a DDOS? lol thats impossible for a n00b. Or wait...that's exactly the kind ...

Can't see any issue here. Quality unlock is tied to research which branch' is dead end. Player isn't obliged to unlock new level of quality until player wishing to.

I have no idea what you are referring to, I was simply commenting that you were making a suggestion that is generally irrelevant to this request and, if desired, should be requested on a separate post.

Re: Asteroid collector blacklist filter or target priorities
You need to both send a positive signal for the chunks you currently want (in case none are stored), as well as sending a very large negative signal for types to stop collecting (since some chunks might be still stored in this or other networked collectors).

Search engine looks for specified string. You specified single quote character so search engine does look for it too. How this is a bug?

Re: WASM instead of Lua
I would be interested in trying C# as a modding language alternative, but I haven’t looked into the cons of it, and I’m unsure if it supports running on non-windows.
If you want to use C# syntax while leaving you modding API just a wrapper for core functions then it's same as Lua.
If you want to ...
