alright, i just tested it again on gleba and it generated ammoniacal solution there as well.
i must have made a mistake while trying to figure out what was causing it.
i didnt understand what was going on so i figured id share it. thanks for explaining it to me.

Given that atomic bomb uses surface conditions to select tiles and you intentionally disabled surface conditions and editor is involved i am going to claim that it is Not a bug.
this only happens on vulcanus specifically, no other surface has such anomalies.

in the editor go to surfaces and generate planets
switch to vulcanus
